Patti’s illustrious career in real estate spans over three decades, during which she has excelled in a variety of management roles. Since joining the CENTURY 21 family in 2011, she quickly became known as a dynamic and highly accomplished real estate professional. Her leadership as a managing broker resulted in exceptional recruitment, training, and mentorship of sales agents, culminating in annual sales revenues exceeding $100 million.
In 2015, Patti joined CENTURY 21 Affiliated/Circle, where her dedication to community outreach and service excellence propelled her to the role of Vice President of Operations and Growth, and later to Executive Vice President. Under her guidance, the organization saw rapid expansion, including the establishment of 14 offices across the state, a team of over 20 staff members, and a network of more than 300 agents. Her strategic initiatives led to a remarkable 161% increase in agent commission income over five years, and her team of Cartus relocation agents consistently achieved “Platinum” status for their outstanding lead conversion and customer service.
